Vadim’s own career path did not follow one straight line. His experience included college coursework in an initially different field, more than a decade working in accounting, and ongoing entrepreneurial pursuits.
Moving through different interests, career decisions, and business ideas reinforced a recurring question: How are people supposed to make major career decisions when they may not yet understand themselves, the possibilities available to them, or the steps required to move forward?
That question became part of the motivation behind Greater Career Pursuits.
